The construction work was carried out under the supervision of heritage conservation authorities, highlighting the architectural commitment to preserving the building's history. The hotel offers 220 standard rooms, 53 upgraded rooms, four mezzanine suites, and a presidential apartment. Its interiors, designed by the London-based duo Jestico + Whiles, also feature modern amenities, including seven conference rooms and the largest ballroom in Łódź, capable of accommodating up to 800 people. A notable attraction is the glass-enclosed rooftop pool with panoramic city views, further enhancing the hotel's appeal. Andel's Hotel Łódź has become a popular destination for many renowned figures, including writers, artists, politicians, athletes, and music bands. In 2009, the hotel received the European Hotel Design Award for Architecture of the Year in the category of conversion of an existing building into a hotel. In 2013, according to the hotel.info portal, it was recognized as the best hotel in Poland and the eighth best in Europe, with an exceptionally high rating of 9.3 out of 10. The hotel has built a reputation for its exceptionally high standard of service, making it a significant landmark on Łódź's tourist map and an important cultural asset in the region.
