Baboszewo

The Baboszewo Commune, located in the Masovian Voivodeship within Płońsk County, was formerly known as the Sarbiewo Commune. The seat of its local authorities is the village of Baboszewo, and administratively, the commune belonged to the Ciechanów Voivodeship between 1975 and 1998. According to data from December 31, 2017, the commune was inhabited by 8,016 people. Its total area is 162.35 km², of which 82% is agricultural land and 11% is forest land, reflecting its rural and agricultural character.
