Bargłów Kościelny

Bargłów Kościelny is a rural municipality located in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, within Augustów County. Its administrative seat is the village of Bargłów Kościelny. Between 1975 and 1998, the municipality was part of the Suwałki Voivodeship. As of June 30, 2004, the municipality had a population of 5,772. It covers an area of 187.57 km², of which 73% is agricultural land and 14% is forested. The municipality constitutes 11.31% of the total area of Augustów County. Bargłów Kościelny features a rich structure of village administrative units (sołectwa), including settlements such as Bargłów Dworny, Bargłówka, Barszcze, and Kukowo.
