Black Białystok

Czarna Białostocka is an urban-rural municipality in Poland, located in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, within Białystok County, with its seat in the town of Czarna Białostocka. The municipality, which historically included the former Czarna Wieś commune, covers an area of 206.54 km², of which 19% is agricultural land and 74% is forest land, making it a region rich in green spaces. In recent years, the population of the municipality has been 11,842 residents, with a diverse age structure. Czarna Białostocka boasts abundant natural resources, as evidenced by numerous nature reserves such as Budzisk, Jesionowe Góry, Karczmisko, Taboły, and Krzemianka, which attract nature enthusiasts and tourists seeking to connect with nature. Within the municipality, there are numerous localities, both administrative villages (sołeckie) and non-administrative settlements (niesołeckie), such as Brzozówka Koronna, Czarna Wieś Kościelna, and Ośrodek, reflecting the region's diverse settlement patterns.
