Brojce is a rural commune located in northwestern Poland, within the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, with its administrative seat in the village of Brojce. As of December 31, 2016, the commune had a population of 3,801 residents. It ranks 86th in terms of area and 98th in terms of population within the voivodeship. The commune lies on the Gryfice Plain, where agricultural land constitutes 72% of its area, while forests cover 19%. It borders the communes of Gryfice, Płoty, Trzebiatów, Rymań, and Siemyśl.
An important transportation route in the commune is provincial road No. 105, which connects Brojce with Gryfice. The history of the commune is linked to the Gryfice Narrow-Gauge Railway, launched in 1898. Until 1999, the commune had railway connections, but over the years the rail network was dismantled.
The commune is home to primary schools in Brojce and Dargosław, as well as the Communal Public Library. Cultural life revolves around schools, associations, and volunteer firefighting teams. Brojce also features a Museum Room run by the Historical Association "Pamięć i Tożsamość" (Memory and Identity). The commune has representatives on the county council and regional assemblies, and the local football club, LKS Wicher Brojce, participates in football competitions.
The area is served by the Roman Catholic parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Residents' safety is ensured by local police officers from the County Police Headquarters and five units of the Volunteer Fire Department. The Brojce commune is actively involved in efforts to protect local and historical heritage, highlighting its ongoing engagement in education, culture, and sports.
