The City History Gallery in Jastrzębie-Zdrój is a museum located in the historic building of the former Łazienki II (Baths II), dating back to 1910–1912, situated near the Spa Park. Operating as part of the Municipal Cultural Center, the institution was established in 2002 and had several locations before settling in its current premises in 2010. The Gallery features two permanent exhibitions: the ethnographic "Silesian Cottage," which recreates the traditional interior of a rural household, and a mining exhibition showcasing mining tools and customs through a simulated mine working. The institution plans to expand its exhibits to include displays dedicated to the city's history and the NSZZ "Solidarność" (Independent Self-Governing Trade Union "Solidarity") in the Upper Silesia and Zagłębie Dąbrowskie regions. The Gallery also organizes temporary exhibitions and publishes the quarterly "Biuletyn Galerii Historii Miasta" (City History Gallery Bulletin). It is open year-round, offering visitors the opportunity to explore local history and culture, making it an important venue on the region's cultural map.
