Niemce, formerly the Nasutów commune, is a rural municipality located in the Lublin Voivodeship, within Lublin County, forming part of the Lublin agglomeration. In 2014, the commune was inhabited by 18,074 people. The municipality covers an area of 141.14 km², of which 86% is agricultural land and 7% is forested. The Ciemięga River flows through its territory. Niemce is known for its rich structure of villages, including Baszki, Ciecierzyn, Elizówka, Krasienin, and Nasutów, which are characterized by local traditions and beautiful landscapes.
