Młodzieszyn is a rural commune located in the Masovian Voivodeship, within Sochaczew County. Its administrative seat is the village of Młodzieszyn, which has served as the commune's main center since 1975. Historically, from 1975 to 1998, the commune belonged to the Skierniewice Voivodeship. The commune covers an area of 117.07 km², dominated by agricultural land (67%) and forests (25%), accounting for 16.01% of the total area of Sochaczew County. According to data from 2004, Młodzieszyn was inhabited by 5,532 people, and the demographic structure of its residents indicates a diverse age distribution, with a population pyramid reflecting various age groups. The commune comprises numerous village administrative units (sołectwa), such as Adamowa Góra, Bieliny, Helenka, and Julianów, as well as many other villages and settlements.
