Due to its location and surrounding forested areas and lakes, the commune is also attractive to tourists, nature lovers, and those seeking active recreation. An interesting fact is that the village of Nowogródek Pomorski, like many other localities in the region, boasts a rich history linked to various stages of the area's development from the Middle Ages to modern times.
