Olszewo-Borki is a rural municipality located in the Masovian Voivodeship, within Ostrołęka County. Its administrative seat is the town of Olszewo-Borki. The municipality covers an area of 195.75 km², of which 50% is agricultural land and 43% is forested. The municipality has a diverse demographic structure, with a population of 9,273 people in 2004. Since the political transformation in 1989, the municipality has had several mayors, including Wiesław Opęchowski, who served for four terms. In recent years, the municipality has been led by Krzysztof Szewczyk, and the current mayor is Aneta Larent. Among the villages in the municipality, notable ones include Antonie, Białobrzeg, Chojniki, and Dobrołęka.
