The railway station in Reda, located on the Gdańsk Główny – Stargard line, plays a key role in transportation in the northwestern part of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, serving, among others, SKM (Fast Urban Railway) and regional connections. The history of the station dates back to the 19th century, when its construction began as part of the railway line connecting Koszalin with Gdańsk. Work commenced in 1865, and the station gained importance with the opening of the line to Puck in 1898 and the construction of the station building in 1910, which still stands today. In the 20th century, Reda became a strategic transport hub, and after World War II, it gained new connections, contributing to its dynamic development and integration with the Tricity metropolitan area. Architecturally, the station features a historic station building that now serves other functions, while passenger infrastructure includes platforms with an underground passage.
