Right Bank

Prawobrzeże is a district of Szczecin, located on the eastern bank of the Regalica River, comprising 11 neighborhoods. It was established in 1990, and in 2015, it was inhabited by approximately 82,450 people. Historically, between 1955 and 1976, a district named Dąbie existed within these boundaries. It is situated adjacent to the Śródmieście district and also borders the municipalities of Gryfino, Stare Czarnowo, Kobylanka, and Goleniów. To the north, the district adjoins Lake Dąbie, making it an attractive destination for nature lovers and water recreation enthusiasts. Architecturally, Prawobrzeże is characterized by diverse building styles, ranging from single-family homes to apartment blocks. The district emphasizes modernity, as seen in newly developed investments, but it has also preserved elements of traditional architecture that capture attention. Culturally, Prawobrzeże thrives thanks to local social initiatives, non-governmental organizations, and numerous events that bring residents together. An interesting fact is that Prawobrzeże hosts a variety of festivals and outdoor events, as well as artistic workshops that attract both locals and tourists.
