Winnica is a rural municipality located in the Masovian Voivodeship, within the Pułtusk County, with its administrative seat in the village of the same name. Between 1975 and 1998, the municipality was part of the Ciechanów Voivodeship. The area is home to approximately 4,095 residents, highlighting its small, rural character. According to 2002 data, the municipality covers an area of 115.09 km², predominantly consisting of agricultural land (79%) and forests (15%). Winnica constitutes 13.89% of the total area of Pułtusk County, underscoring its significance within the local administrative structure.
