Wodzierady is a rural commune located in the Łódź Voivodeship, within the Łask County. Its administrative seat is the village of Wodzierady. Historically, between 1975 and 1998, the commune was part of the Sieradz Voivodeship. In terms of land structure, the commune covers an area of 82.30 km², dominated by agricultural land (79%) and forests (15%). The commune occupies 13.31% of the area of Łask County, and according to data from December 31, 2007, its population was 3,118 inhabitants. The commune consists of numerous villages, such as Chorzeszów, Dobków, and Wola Czarnyska, as well as smaller settlements like Adolfów and Julianów.
