Wyryki

The municipality of Wyryki is a rural administrative unit located in the Lublin Voivodeship, within Włodawa County, with its administrative seat in the village of Wyryki-Połód. It is characterized by a low population density of only 13 people per km², making it the least densely populated municipality in the region. In 2008, the municipality had a population of 2,761, and its total area is 219.52 km², of which 39% is agricultural land and 54% is forested. An interesting fact is that between 1975 and 1998, the municipality of Wyryki was part of the Chełm Voivodeship. The municipality includes various villages, such as Adampol, Krzywowierzba, and Ignaców, as well as rural settlements that are part of larger complexes, like Adampol (a colony) and Dobropol.
