The municipality of Wyryki is a rural administrative unit located in the Lublin Voivodeship, within Włodawa County, with its administrative seat in the village of Wyryki-Połód. It is characterized by a low population density of only 13 people per km², making it the least densely populated municipality in the region. In 2008, the municipality had a population of 2,761, and its total area is 219.52 km², of which 39% is agricultural land and 54% is forested. An interesting fact is that between 1975 and 1998, the municipality of Wyryki was part of the Chełm Voivodeship.
