Ząbki, located in the Masovian Voivodeship within the Warsaw agglomeration, is a dynamically developing city that had a population of 45,013 in 2022. Its history dates back to the 16th century when King Sigismund I the Old granted Jan Zambek the founding rights for the village of Wola Ząbkowa. Ząbki witnessed many historical events, including the Battle of Olszynka Grochowska, and after World War I, it transformed into a garden city. The architecture of Ząbki is dominated by private villas, and among its historical monuments are buildings from the 1920s. The city is also known for its Municipal Cultural Center, which organizes various artistic activities and sections for children, youth, and adults.
