Zaniemyśl

Zaniemyśl is a rural municipality located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, within the Środa County, with its administrative seat in the town of Zaniemyśl. From 1975 to 1998, the municipality belonged to the Poznań Voivodeship. According to data from the end of 2017, Zaniemyśl was inhabited by 6,886 people. It covers an area of 106.76 km², of which 65% is agricultural land and 25% is covered by forests. Within Środa County, Zaniemyśl Municipality accounts for 17.13% of the total area. Demographically, the municipality had 6,529 inhabitants in March 2011.
