Brańsk Deanery

The Brańsk Deanery, part of the Drohiczyn Diocese, consists of nine parishes, including the Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Brańsk and the Parish of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Chojewo. According to data from the Drohiczyn Diocesan Curia, the deanery has 13,822 faithful. The defining architectural feature of this region is its churches, which often blend elements of traditional sacred architecture with local influences, characteristic of the Podlasie area. The church in Brańsk, for example, stands out for its beautiful details and historical significance, serving as the center of religious and cultural life for the parish.
