21st General Secondary School (21 SLO) in Warsaw, established in 1991 by the Association Art-Education-Promotion, is a modern humanities-focused high school that originally operated as a managerial and artistic lyceum. Throughout its history, the school has changed locations multiple times, starting from the District Cultural Center "Na Goldoniego," moving to a local kindergarten at Kochanowskiego Street, and finally settling in its current premises at Jana Pawła II Avenue. It stands out for its comprehensive humanities profile, offering advanced programs in Polish, history, and foreign languages, as well as unique subjects such as theater studies, rhetoric, and art history. The school's library, established in 1992, boasts a rich collection of over 6,000 volumes, including specialized books on culture and art, underscoring the institution's cultural dimension. The school is also known for organizing educational trips where students serve as guides, gaining practical experience in presenting topics related to history and art. In 2010, the school was added to the list of "Schools of Talent Discoverers," further affirming its role in nurturing student talents. It collaborates with an academy of art and culture, symbolizing its connection to artistic education in Warsaw. Throughout its existence, 21 SLO has also placed strong emphasis on entrepreneurship, organizing various cultural and charitable events.
