The All Saints Co-Cathedral in Piotrków Trybunalski, serving as the parish church in the Łódź deanery of the Łódź-Poznań diocese of the Polish Autocephalous Orthodox Church, was built between 1844 and 1847 in the Neo-Byzantine style, designed by architects Marczewski and Gołoński. Due to the growing number of Orthodox residents, the church was expanded between 1867 and 1869 by Russian architect Ivan Vasilievich Shtrem, who transformed the original Greek cross layout into a Latin cross. As part of the expansion, a narthex with a bell tower was added, featuring frescoes of saints. The interior was enriched with new polychrome paintings and frescoes, and tiled stoves and a marble floor were installed. The church holds historical significance, as its origins are linked to the Greek diaspora in Piotrków in the 18th century, and its status as an Orthodox church changed after being incorporated into the local structures of the Russian Church in 1839. A major renovation took place in 1886, funded by the Russian Charitable Society, which contributed to the renewal of the roof and frescoes. Interestingly, in 2007, the church was elevated to the rank of a cathedral, with Bishop Paisius presiding over the enthronement ceremony. The building was listed in the register of historical monuments in 1976, highlighting its cultural and architectural importance. The church is not only a place of worship but also a significant part of the cultural heritage of Piotrków Trybunalski.
