Andrzejewo is a rural municipality in the Masovian Voivodeship, within Ostrów County, with its administrative seat located in the town of Andrzejewo. Historically, the municipality was known as Warchoły and from 1975 to 1998 it was part of the Łomża Voivodeship. The municipality covers an area of 118.64 km², the majority of which is agricultural land (92%), while forested areas account for only 3%. As of June 30, 2004, the municipality had a population of 4,523, indicating a relatively high number of inhabitants. The municipality includes numerous villages, such as Andrzejewo, Dąbrowa, Godlewo-Gorzejewo, as well as smaller settlements like Grodzick-Ołdaki and Jabłonowo-Klacze. The region is distinguished by its rich architectural landscape, featuring traditional Polish houses, buildings serving the local community, and elements of cultural heritage, making it an interesting place to observe.
