Brzeźno

The Brzeźnio Commune, located in the Sieradz County of the Łódź Voivodeship, plays a key role in the region, with its administrative seat in the central village of Brzeźnio. Known for its flat, sculpted terrain, the commune focuses on agriculture and food production, a result of its dominant agricultural land use (70% of its area). The commune covers an area of 128.73 km², which constitutes 8.63% of the county's total area. Demographically, the commune had a population of 6,336 in 2017, reflecting a decrease compared to 2008.
