The Church of the Holy Spirit in Sieradz is a Roman Catholic cemetery church built in 1416 as a votive offering to commemorate the victory at the Battle of Grunwald. In the 19th century, specifically in 1853, the church was relocated to the parish cemetery, where it can still be admired today. The structure is wooden, built using log construction techniques and clad with wooden siding. Inside the church, visitors can find, among other features, a 19th-century crucifix with a black-painted statue of Christ and a Baroque altar dating back to the second half of the 18th century, reflecting the region's aesthetic and religious traditions. A particularly interesting element of the interior decoration are the Stations of the Cross, created by a local folk artist and sculptor, Stanisław Korpa, which highlights the cultural and artistic value of this church, deeply rooted in regional traditions. The Church of the Holy Spirit stands as an important architectural and historical monument, bearing witness to past events and serving as a place of reflection for many of the faithful.
