Cybinka is an urban-rural municipality in Poland, located in the Lubusz Voivodeship, within the Słubice County. Its administrative seat is the town of Cybinka. Historically, between 1975 and 1998, the municipality was part of the Zielona Góra Voivodeship. As of June 2009, the municipality had a population of 6,774. It covers an area of 279.72 km², of which 32% is agricultural land and 59% is forested, making it one of the greenest regions in western Poland. Cybinka borders the municipalities of Gubin, Maszewo, Rzepin, and Słubice, as well as German territory, which contributes to the area's rich cultural and historical diversity. In terms of architecture, Cybinka features typical regional development, with a predominance of single-family homes and public utility buildings that reflect the local architectural style. In the realm of nature conservation, the municipality is particularly distinguished by the Młodno Nature Reserve, which protects a unique lowland peat bog and meadows filled with rare species of plants and animals.
