The Salon Muzyczny – Feliks Nowowiejski Museum in Poznań is located in a picturesque villa surrounded by roses, where the composer lived and worked from 1929 to 1939. The museum was opened on February 7, 2008, on the 131st anniversary of Nowowiejski’s birth, at the place where he passed away in 1946. Architecturally, the building retains the original layout of the rooms from his time, allowing visitors to experience the atmosphere of the era and gain a deeper understanding of the composer's creative context. The museum's exhibition includes musical instruments, works of art, and personal everyday objects, enriching its cultural and educational value. The museum serves as an important cultural center, promoting the life and work of Feliks Nowowiejski, and engaging the community through various artistic and educational events. In 2010, a commemorative plaque honoring the composer and Maria Konopnicka was unveiled in front of the museum, further highlighting the significance of these local figures in Polish culture. The plaque was funded by Agrobex Poznań. Thus, the museum combines architectural charm with a rich cultural history, making it a highly attractive destination for music and history enthusiasts.
