The ICE Kraków Congress Centre, opened in 2014, is a modern facility located at the Grunwald Roundabout, designed by the Krakow-based architectural firm Ingarden & Ewý and Japanese consultant Arata Isozaki. The centre features three halls with a total capacity of 3,200 seats, including a large auditorium, a theatre hall, and a chamber hall, as well as a suite of conference rooms and exhibition space. A distinctive feature of ICE is its modern architectural solutions, such as the glass foyer offering a view of Wawel Castle. The venue has won numerous awards, including a "5-star" rating in the international "The International Property Awards" competition and the "Accessibility Leader" award. In the cultural sphere, ICE Kraków has hosted over 1,000 events, including concerts, congresses, and performances, attracting 1.2 million guests. The centre hosts prestigious events such as the Impact Economic Congress and the "ICE Classic" series of classical music concerts. In 2020, a recording studio for hybrid events was established, highlighting ICE's innovative approach to event organization. ICE actively supports local initiatives, such as the "Congress Avenue" project, where trees are planted to honour events held in Krakow, underscoring its commitment to environmental protection. The centre aims to develop business tourism in Krakow and is a member of important international industry associations, such as ICCA and AIPC. Interestingly, in 2010, ICE Kraków was awarded the title of the best architectural project in Poland, and its modern design and functionality attract not only local but also international events, making Krakow a significant point on the congress map of Europe.
