Klembów is a rural municipality (gmina) located in the Masovian Voivodeship, within Wołomin County, with its administrative seat in the town of the same name. Between 1975 and 1998, it was part of the Ostrołęka Voivodeship. The municipality is situated 36 km from Warsaw and spans the area of the Masovian Lowland, Warsaw Basin, and Wołomin Plain. It covers a total area of 85.79 km², of which 69% is agricultural land and 18% is forested. Demographic data show a population increase from 8,786 inhabitants in 2004 to 9,367 in 2011. The administrative structure of the municipality includes villages such as Dobczyn, Karolew, Klembów, Krusze, and Wola Rasztowska. Neighboring municipalities include Dąbrówka, Poświętne, Radzymin, Tłuszcz, and Wołomin.
