Krzynowłoga Mała is a rural commune located in the Masovian Voivodeship, within the Przasnysz County. Its administrative seat is situated in a village of the same name. Between 1975 and 1998, the commune belonged to the Ostrołęka Voivodeship. The commune covers an area of 184.4 km², of which 67% is agricultural land and 29% is forested. Krzynowłoga Mała constitutes 15.14% of the area of Przasnysz County. In 2004, the commune had a population of 3,601, and according to data from the end of 2019, the population was 3,439.
