Miastkowo is a rural municipality located in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, within the Łomża County, with its administrative seat in a locality of the same name. Between 1975 and 1998, the municipality was part of the Łomża Voivodeship. The municipality covers an area of 114.84 km², of which 62% is agricultural land and 30% is forested, making it 8.48% of the total area of the county.
