Nowe Miasto nad Wartą

Nowe Miasto nad Wartą is a rural municipality located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, within the Środa Wielkopolska County. Its administrative seat is situated in Nowe Miasto nad Wartą, a town with a rich history dating back to medieval times, reflected in its architecture and local culture. Covering an area of 119.54 km², the municipality accounts for 19.20% of the total area of the county. The landscape is predominantly agricultural land (72%) and forests (19%). The area is characterized by a strong agricultural tradition and natural scenery, which supports the development of local tourism and recreation. In terms of education, Nowe Miasto boasts two secondary schools and four primary schools, providing education for approximately 1,200 students.
