Nowe Miasto nad Wartą is a rural municipality located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, within the Środa Wielkopolska County. Its administrative seat is situated in Nowe Miasto nad Wartą, a town with a rich history dating back to medieval times, reflected in its architecture and local culture. Covering an area of 119.54 km², the municipality accounts for 19.20% of the total area of the county. The landscape is predominantly agricultural land (72%) and forests (19%).
