Pawłowice

Pawłowice is a village in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, within the Leszno County, boasting a rich history dating back to at least the 14th century, when the first documents confirming its existence appeared. Over the centuries, the village has witnessed numerous conflicts, and its history is intertwined with shifting political borders, including the division of influences between Poland, the Czechs, and the Habsburgs. Architecturally, it is distinguished by the Mielżyński Palace complex, which now houses the Experimental Station of the National Research Institute of Animal Production, and the 16th-century Parish Church of Our Lady of the Snows, known for its numerous renovations.
