Przykona is a rural commune located in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, in Turek County, with its seat in the village of Przykona. Historically, from 1975 to 1998, the commune was part of the Konin Voivodeship. It covers an area of 110.93 km², of which 56% is agricultural land and 27% is forest land, highlighting its agricultural character and natural wealth. According to data from June 30, 2004, the commune was inhabited by 4,164 people, indicating a small but stable community. Przykona borders the communes of Brudzew, Dobra, Turek, and Uniejów, which creates opportunities for cooperation and cultural exchange.
