Puck Commune, located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship within Puck County, is part of the Tri-City metropolitan area and lies entirely along the Baltic Sea coast. Its administrative seat is the town of Puck, and the commune comprises 27 village districts, including Gnieżdżewo, Swarzewo, and popular tourist destinations. The area features a diverse landscape, with agricultural land covering 60% and forests accounting for 29%. Puck is home to several ecologically valuable areas, such as the Coastal Landscape Park and nature reserves like Beka and Darżlubskie Buki. According to 2022 data, the commune has a population of 28,194. A notable aspect of the local culture is the Kashubian language, spoken by 30.9% of the population, creating opportunities for the further development of bilingualism, even though no formal steps have been taken in this direction. Puck Commune has established partnerships with the municipalities of Rytro and Oldendorf.
