Racławiczki is a village located in the Opole Voivodeship, within Krapkowice County, historically part of Upper Silesia. The village was first mentioned in 1383 and has been known under various names throughout different eras, including the distorted Polish form Raclowice and the German name Rasselwitz. The locality has witnessed numerous historical events, including visits by famous kings such as John II Casimir and John III Sobieski. In the 19th century, a new parish church dedicated to St. Mary Magdalene and a water mill were built. After World War I and World War II, the village became a site of remembrance for the fallen, with monuments honoring residents who lost their lives in these conflicts. Today, Racławiczki is home to German and Silesian minorities, and the inhabitants speak the Prudnik dialect. The village is connected by transportation routes and features public educational institutions as well as a modernized Cultural Center that supports local culture. Racławiczki also offers agritourism and has a football club. In terms of security, the village is under the care of local fire and police units, and the municipality of Strzeleczki lies in a border zone, which grants special authority to the Border Guard.
