Rogów is a rural municipality located in the Łódź Voivodeship, within the Brzeziny County. Between 1975 and 1998, it was part of the former Skierniewice Voivodeship. Its administrative seat is the settlement of the same name. The municipality covers an area of 66.06 km², of which 70% is agricultural land and 21% is forested. According to demographic data, as of the end of 2019, the municipality had a population of 4,711 people. The area is home to important nature reserves, such as Doliska, which protects a mixed forest with a significant presence of fir trees, and Zimna Woda, which preserves a fragment of a natural oak forest. Among the localities within the municipality are Jasień, Mroga Dolna, Olsza, and Rogów. Rogów has a rich history, reflected in its diverse architectural and cultural elements. The social structure of the municipality and local traditions also contribute to the vibrant life of its residents. The municipality borders administrative units such as Brzeziny, Dmosin, and Koluszki, fostering mutual interactions and cooperation among local communities.
