At the end of 2022, it was inhabited by 74,361 people, showing an increase in population compared to 2020, when the number was 72,480. The county comprises urban-rural municipalities such as Koluszki, Rzgów, and Tuszyn, as well as rural municipalities, including Andrespol, Brójce, and Nowosolna.
