Rychliki is a rural commune in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, within the Elbląg County, with its seat located in the village of Rychliki. From 1975 to 1998, the commune belonged to the Elbląg Voivodeship. The commune covers an area of 131.66 km², of which 74% is agricultural land and 17% is forested. Rychliki Commune consists of 12 village districts (sołectwa), including Jelonki, Kwietniewo, and Protowo. Due to a decline in population, as of December 31, 2019, it was inhabited by 3,753 people. The commune also includes non-administered villages such as Barzyna, Buczyniec, and Wopity. It borders other communes, including Dzierzgoń, Elbląg, and Pasłęk.
