Siemiatycze Deanery

The Siemiatycze Deanery is one of the 11 Roman Catholic deaneries in the Drohiczyn Diocese, encompassing 12 parishes. The deanery includes parishes in Czartajew, Dziadkowice, Mielnik, and Siemiatycze, where numerous churches with diverse architectural styles can be found. The parish church in Siemiatycze, dedicated to St. Andrew Bobola, stands out for its Baroque style, while other parishes, such as those in Mielnik or Milejczyce, showcase local architectural features, often dating back to the partitions of Poland and the Middle Ages.
