Kamienna, known as Kamenná lúka, is a mountain peak with an elevation of 1201 meters above sea level, located in the main ridge of the Western Bieszczady Mountains on the Polish-Slovak border. It lies between Krzemieniec and Hrubky, with its southern slopes descending into the valley of the Stužická rieka stream, which is part of the Stužíca Nature Reserve. The northern slopes of Kamienna are situated in the valley of the Upper Solinka River. This peak is a significant tourist point, traversed by two hiking trails – one Polish and one Slovak – both of which merge on the section between Krzemieniec and Hrubky. The route towards Krzemieniec ascends through picturesque landscapes, where rare plants such as the rock cherry (Prunus mahaleb) can be found at elevations around 1150 meters above sea level near the border. Thus, Kamienna is not only a site of natural importance but also an attractive destination for mountain hiking enthusiasts, offering stunning views and unique floral features.
