Trzęsówka is a village located in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, within Kolbuszowa County, known for its rich history and architecture. In the medieval period, it was known as Brzoza, and the name Trzęsówka first appeared in 1528. The area boasts significant archaeological finds from the Bronze Age and the Lusatian culture, indicating advanced settlement and communities in the region. Trzęsówka is home to the wooden Church of St. Anne from 1759, which is listed in the register of historical monuments, along with a church cemetery and a cemetery chapel from 1863. The village was once owned by the Mielecki family and later by the Lubomirski and Sanguszko families. The palace in Trzęsówka was the site of important events involving local elites, and in the 19th century, the estate came into the possession of the Piasecki family. During World War II, the manor was destroyed by the Germans. Trzęsówka is the seat of the Parish of St. Anne and is also home to the sports club "Vigor Trzęsówka." In 2015, scenes for the film "Wołyń" by Wojciech Smarzowski were filmed here. The village has numerous bus stops serviced by various companies, making it accessible to tourists and local residents alike.
