The Trzebnica Commune is an urban-rural municipality located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Trzebnica County, with its seat in the town of Trzebnica. The commune covers an area of 200.19 km², which constitutes 19.52% of the county's total area. According to data from 2018, the commune was inhabited by 23,301 people. In terms of land use, agriculture dominates, occupying 76% of the area, while forests account for 13%. A significant natural asset of the commune is the Las Bukowy w Skarszynie Nature Reserve, which protects a fragment of a natural beech forest, highlighting the ecological value of this area. The commune borders other municipalities, such as Długołęka, Milicz, and Żmigród. From an architectural perspective, Trzebnica is known for its historical buildings and churches, as well as charming spots that attract tourists.
