Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art

The Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art, located in Warsaw, is a cultural institution established in 1985. It operates within the historic building of Ujazdowski Castle, an intriguing example of 17th-century defensive architecture. The Centre is dedicated to contemporary art, organizing exhibitions, documenting, and promoting the work of both Polish and international artists. Directors of the institution, such as Witold Bobiński, Wojciech Krukowski, and Piotr Bernatowicz, have contributed to its development and professionalization, emphasizing diversity and innovation in artistic activities.
