Zbrosławice

Zbrosławice Municipality, located in the Silesian Voivodeship within the Tarnowskie Góry County, stands out for its rich architectural and historical heritage. It consists of 21 villages (sołectw), with its administrative seat in the town of Zbrosławice. The history of the municipality dates back to post-war Poland, when the collective municipality of Zbrosławice was established in the Bytom County in December 1945. Over the following years, the municipality underwent various administrative changes, and in 1973 it was re-established in its current form. The architecture of the municipality is rich in monuments, including palaces and manor houses that take us back to the 17th and 18th centuries. Some of the most notable structures include the Palace in Czekanów, the Palace in Kamieniec, and the Manor in Jasiona. Churches also hold a significant place in the cultural landscape of the municipality, such as the Church of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist in Kamieniec and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Zbrosławice.
