Czeremcha is a rural commune located in the Podlaskie Voivodeship, within Hajnówka County. The administrative seat of the commune is the town of Czeremcha. Between 1975 and 1998, the commune was part of the Białystok Voivodeship. Demographic data shows that in 2004, the commune had a population of 3,738, which decreased to 3,115 by 2019. The commune covers an area of 96.73 km², of which 48% is agricultural land and 43% is forested.
