The Church of the Most Holy Sacrament in Kadzidłowa is a Mariavite parish church, built in 1928 in the Neo-Gothic style from red brick. It is the westernmost Mariavite church in Poland, located in the western part of Kadzidłowa, near the border of the Łódź and Greater Poland voivodeships. The church features a characteristic single-nave rectangular layout, with an ornate facade, a rose window, a Neo-Gothic portal, and pinnacles at the corners. The interior is modest, with a wooden altar on a raised platform adorned with frescoes and Stations of the Cross. The church was established on the initiative of Mariavites from the Parish of St. Stanislaus in Grabów, and its history dates back to 1908, when the first chapel was set up in the house of Brother Jan Potocki. The parish acquired the land where the chapel, and later the church and parish house, were built. The church was consecrated in 1936, and throughout the 20th century, it underwent numerous renovations and modernizations, including improvements to the roof and interior. An interesting fact is the ecumenical cooperation with the Evangelical-Augsburg Church that took place between 2011 and 2013. Services are held regularly, and the parish organizes a number of events, including a parish picnic after the Corpus Christi procession. Throughout its history, the church has played an important role in the life of the local community, serving as a place of prayer and gatherings.
