The European Center of Memory and Reconciliation in Pustków-Osiedle is a museum and educational institution established in 2009 to commemorate the history of World War II and the extermination of various nations, including Poles, Roma, Jews, and prisoners of war. It features a permanent exhibition dedicated to the history of the Nazi labor camp and the Waffen-SS experimental training ground, where V-1 and V-2 missiles were tested. The exhibition section was opened in 2012 and is arranged in structures stylized as camp barracks. It displays documents, memorabilia, work tools, and models, with collections sourced from institutions such as the Regional Museum in Dębica, the Jewish Historical Institute, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.
The center also organizes workshops, lessons, and lectures aimed at educating both young people and adults. An architectural highlight is the monument on the Hill of Death (Góra Śmierci), located at the site of the former camp crematorium. The "Path of Suffering" (Droga Cierpienia), lined with sculptures depicting human hands, leads to this monument. In 2011, the center was named after Helena z Reyów Jabłonowska. Admission to the facility is paid. Combining architectural, educational, and memorial values, the center has become an important landmark on the cultural map of the region.
