Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Grodzisk Mazowiecki is a city in Poland, located in the Masovian Voivodeship, with a rich history dating back to the Middle Ages. It was granted town rights in 1522, and subsequent events, such as the fire in 1540 and the destruction during the Swedish invasion, significantly influenced the development of the town. In the interwar period, Grodzisk became an important transport hub thanks to the electric commuter railway to Warsaw.
