Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Grodzisk Mazowiecki is an urban-rural municipality located in the Masovian Voivodeship, within the Grodzisk County. The seat of the municipality, the town of Grodzisk Mazowiecki, boasts a rich history dating back to 1870, when it was part of the former Wólka Grodziska commune. Known for its developed infrastructure and attractive location, Grodzisk Mazowiecki belonged to the Warsaw Voivodeship between 1975 and 1998. As of the end of 2019, the municipality had a population of 48,907. It covers an area of 107.03 km², with agricultural land dominating, accounting for 84% of the total area.
