The Lower Silesian Brewing Museum in Lwówek Śląski, opened in 2010, is located in the cellars of a local brewery and serves as a cultural institution documenting the history of brewing in Lower Silesia. The museum was established in cooperation with the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and offers a rich exhibition of artifacts, including bottles, closures, and labels from around 40 Lower Silesian breweries, as well as beer mugs and signs related to brewing. Among the unique exhibits are a beer cooling refrigerator from 1905 and a stainless steel barrel made by the Krupp factories in 1935. The museum's architecture, set within the historic walls of the brewery, adds a nostalgic atmosphere to the visit, which also includes the beer brewing process—guests can walk through the brewhouse, fermentation room, and bottling plant. The museum is open year-round and accessible to groups by prior arrangement, with visits restricted to adults only. Admission is paid, but the ticket price includes a beer tasting from the Lwówek brewery, adding an interesting element to the cultural experience. The museum not only showcases the historical aspects of brewing in the region but also contributes to its promotion and the integration of the local community.
