LPP S.A. is a Polish clothing company founded in 1991 in Gdańsk by Marek Piechocki and Jerzy Lubianiec. The company, which currently designs, manufactures, and distributes clothing under five brands: Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, and Sinsay, has a significant global presence, operating in nearly 40 countries. LPP boasts a network of over 2,000 stores with a total area exceeding 1.7 million m² and employs around 30,000 people. The company's history includes dynamic growth from the first Reserved stores in 1998 to international expansion in the following years. Investments in distribution centers, including the largest in Central and Eastern Europe, and a digital transformation in response to the COVID-19 pandemic highlight the company's innovative strategy. LPP is also active in corporate social responsibility, running a foundation that supports people in difficult life situations and engaging in projects to improve working conditions in clothing factories in Asia through initiatives such as ACCORD and amfori BSCI. Despite some controversies related to tax avoidance, LPP remains one of the largest corporate income taxpayers in Poland, making a significant contribution to the state budget. Its activities on the stock exchange, including its debut in 2001 and inclusion in the WIG20 and MSCI indices, confirm the company's strong market position. LPP has won numerous awards for management and innovation, and its Reserved brand is highly regarded on the international fashion scene, recently making its debut in Milan.
